This is an invitation and request for proposals from construction management firms. This Request for Proposal is a one-step process. Services to be provided include customary Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR"), to include pre-construction services, for a construction project (Frisco Fire Station No. 10) located in the City of Frisco. BACKGROUND: Fire Station No. 10 will be located off Teel Parkway and a new road TBD, Frisco, Texas 75033. The fire station will be approximately 17,000 to 18,000 square feet , single story, dormitory capacity is 12 persons, dayroom, kitchen, and dining. PROPOSAL SECURITY/BOND REQUIREMENTS: If required, Proposal security shall be submitted in the same manner as your proposal. Any electronic submittals will require the vendor to provide the original hard copy within three (3) business days of the notification of intent to award. Any Proposal submitted without bond or cashiers/certified check, where required, shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. Performance and/or payment bonds, when required, shall be submitted to the City, prior to commencement of any work pursuant to the agreement provisions.
