The project is under review.** Avoyelles Parish School Board (APSB) is seeking bids from prospective Contractors for the HVAC System Replacement and Roof Repairs at Bunkie High School. The APSB will award the lowest responsible bid to one respondent, based upon the evaluation of all bids received, Acontracl for the HVAC Syslem Replacement and Roof Repairs at Bunkie High School will be executed with the successful Contractor. Additional details are included in the Speciflcations/Scope of Work section of this Bid document. Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelope marked on the outside with the Contractor's name and address and Louisiana State license number. BID - HVAC REPLACEMENT AND R OF REPAIRS AT BUNKIE HIGH SCHOOL to: Steve Marcotte Director of Maintenance Avoyelles Parish Public Schools 221 Tunica Drive Marksville, LA 71351. Prices will not be read, nor disclosed ln any other manner untilaward is made. Bids received after 2:00 p. m. CST on date due will not be considered. Complete Bidding Documents for this project are available in electronic form. Questions about this procedure shall be darected to the Designer at: Associated Design Group, lnc. 3909 West Congress Street, Suite 201 Lafayette, LA 70506 Telephone: 337-234-5710. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for the classification of MECHANICAL Bidder is required to comply with provisions and requirements of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after receipt of bids, except under the provisions of LA. R.S. 38:2214. Note, this bid is for a Davis Bacon prevailing wage project. Faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids must be submitted in sufficient time to be received and time- stamped at the above location on or before the published date and tirne shown on the Bld. APSB will not be responsible for mail delivered from the post office. Contractors must submit sealed bids on the forms in the bid documents by the time and date specifled. All bids must remain open for ninety (90) days from the opening date pending acceptance by APSB.
