Your firm is hereby invited to submit a bid, for Electrical Maintenance & Repair Services, Pictou County, N.S. on the enclosed form, and in accordance with the Specifications. This agreement shall be in effect for a period of 12 months commencing September 1, 2022 and ending August 31, 2023. This Agreement may be extended for one (1) additional year at the discretion of Eastern Mainland Housing Authority The Project Manager for this Contract is Keith Dennis Inquiries shall be directed to the Project Manager at (902) 752-1225 phone or (902) 752-1315 facsimile. The onus is on the bidder to ensure that the submission is legible and properly transmitted. Bidders are encouraged to call and confirm faxed bids are received in their entirety. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids that may be received.
