Renovation of a municipal facility in Leeds, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Approximate items of work are as follows: Roof size approx. 120 square; Clean existing metal roof; Inspect and install screws as needed on existing metal roof; Mechanically fasten 1" iso board in the low rib of R-panel; Install 1" iso board over existing panel and iso board; Install new flashing around perimeter of building where roof meets walls; Install 60 mill Thermoplastic Polyolefin membrane in accordance with manufacturers specifications; Clean up and haul off all construction debris; 25-year manufacturer material warranty 5-year, no leak, labor warranty Work Areas are open to public inspection at the project Site or at the Office of the City Engineer, HagerCo-LLC at 1025 Montgomery Highway, Suite 110; Contractors wishing to bid, must obtain the required materials directly from HagerCo-LLC via EMAIL request to the Engineer at keithlhager@icloud.com. The Owner reserves the right to hold the bids for a period of sixty (60) days after the date of receiving the bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid advantageous to the Owner.
