Merrillville Conservancy District (MCD) is soliciting responses to this REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS"(RFQ) from Contractors, as defined by Ind. Code 4-13.6-1-3, for the implementation of an Ind. Code 36-1-12.5 Guaranteed Savings Contract for "MCD's Madison Street Lift Station Rehabilitation Project (MCD Project)." The purpose of MCD's Project is to upgrade an existing sewage pumping lift station by installing new pumps, controls, electrical upgrades, HVAC improvements, building improvements, site improvements, and other miscellaneous related improvements. t is MCD's intent to use this RFQ as a method to implement the improvements to MCD's Madison Street Lift Station. The responses to MCD's RFQ will provide a means by which MCD will select a single Contractor Provider to complete the Contract. The Contract shall follow Ind. Code 36-1-12.5 et seq., "Local Government, General Provisions, Guaranteed Energy Savings Contracts and Energy Efficiency Programs"; the guidelines in this RFQ; and MCD's "Response Content and Format Guidelines", which will be supplied to interested Contractor Providers by MCD.
