Site work for a civil project in Denver, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.
Metro Water Recovery (Owner) is soliciting "General Contractor Prequalification Applications" from General Contractors (referred to as General Contractors or Applicants) to construct Owner's PAR 1382 - North Complex Natural Gas System Replacement (Project) located at Owner's Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility in Denver Colorado. The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following: installation of approximately 2,780 feet of buried gas pipe at the Robert W. Hite Treatment Facility with yellow MDPE gas pipe and installation of approximately 1,020 feet of exposed black steel pipe in the North Secondary East Blower Facility and the North Aeration North Gallery. The work also includes removal and disposal of existing natural gas pipe and grout filling abandoned pipe lines as required. All disturbed areas will require restoration to previous condition, including concrete pavement and landscaping.
