The contractor shall provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, supplies & services required to perform the necessary work as outlined in the Statement of Work at the Main Interior Building located at 1849 C Street, NW, Washington, DC 20240. The associated NAICS is 237310 - Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction with a size standard of $39.5M. This requirement is a 100% small business set aside. The prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management under the appropriate NAICS code. The resultant contract will be a single award, firm-fixed-priced contract.
