**As of August 17, 2022, project was awarded to Johnson and Sons Excavating, awarded amount is $238,876.50** Items of work include: Removal of the existing parking lot on the south side of the Fire Hall located at 8081 Clarence Street, Village of Goodrich and construction of a new concrete parking lot within the same general location, including storm sewer, roof drains, concrete, curb and gutter, pavement marking, and all related work. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. Atlas Township reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of Atlas Township.
