the following: "Emergency Generator Installation and Associated Site Preparation at Gouldsboro Volunteer Fire Company" o 48,000 watt 120/208 volt 3 phase automatic generator system o 400 amp 3 phase transfer switch o Cold weather engine block heater o Surge protector 120/208 volt 3 phase o Manufacturer recommended battery o Site preparation and poured reinforced concrete base o Excavation for gas line installation o Initial startup, checks of system and instruction to owner o Shipping, delivery, handling and inspection to be included o 5 year parts and labor warranty o Move existing air compressor, replumb and install new electric lines o Install 100 amp sub feed power line and sub panel Lehigh Township reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof.
