Demolition, site work and new construction of an educational facility in Dayton, Ohio. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
The project will accomplish the creation of a single combined renovated space at Building 4 Third Floor, for the relocation of the eLearning Department (from Bldg. 7), Center for Teaching and Learning Department (CTL) (from Bldg. 5), and Production Studio (from Bldg. 14), as well as the installation of a new Innovations Lab. The new space and all new construction shall meet Sinclair standards for structure, finishes, lighting, etc. however some new features and aesthetics will be applied. The new co-location shall include hoteling spaces, multifunction workstations, maker spaces, conferences rooms, private offices, as well as production studio, lounge, flex, storage and locker spaces. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
