5th Street Stormwater Project Project consists of approximately 390 linear feet of 24" storm sewers, 480 linear feet of 30" Storm sewers, 2 manholes, and 12 storm inlets with 2'x3' bicycle grates. Under this Contract, the Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and appurtenances for the construction of approximately 870 feet of 24-inch and 30-inch storm sewer with appurtenant inlets and associated site restoration. A certified check, payable to Owner, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and the Surety Company, in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. The successful Bidder(s) will be required to fully complete all work within 180 consecutive calendar days from, and including, the date indicated by the Owner in their written Notice to Proceed. Bidders must adhere to the following Regulatory Requirements: a. This project is funded in whole or part with federal funds. Davis-Bacon wage rates and other federal requirements apply and are included in the bid documents. Labor Compliance is mandatory. b.
