Address: 1655 Selfridge Avenue, B5450 & B5460, JBSA Lackland, Texas 78236. Buildings 5450 and 5460 contain multiple administrative offices and general purpose areas that are currently conditioned by multiple separate Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. Most of the existing HVAC systems, majority of which are split systems, have exceeded their expected live cycles and are currently in very poor condition. Wear, tear, and degradation over several years have resulted in a severe decline in the overall reliability of the system; thus, frequent costly repairs are now required. The objective of this endeavor is to replace the multiple degraded HVAC systems with a single, modernized, central system, markedly improving reliability and efficiency of the overall building HVAC system.
