Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call for the construction of a 65,000-square-foot municipal facility.
*As of August 2022, a construction manager has been awarded. This is a multi-phased project for construction of a new Gallatin County Courts Building Associated Site Work: Phase 1 will include: Site demolition, fill import, excavation, backfill, utilities, site concrete and asphalt paving, grading, building demolition, landscaping, temporary fencing, permanent fencing, concrete foundations, slabs, masonry, structural steel, carpentry, insulation, siding, roofing, doors and windows, interior finishes, specialties, equipment, window treatments, elevators, fire suppression, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications and access control Phase 2 will include the demolition of the existing Law and Justice Building and completion of site work in the affected area.
