Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Battleview II Testing Center NVCC at Manassas, VA. The project is generally described as an interior renovation of space number 10366 in an existing one-story building with multiple tenants. The space will be used as a testing center with offices for a community college. The scope of work includes reconfiguration of several rooms and modifications to the electrical and mechanical system. Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond (Form CO-10.2) is required.
