Northern Virginia Community College, Loudoun Campus, located in Sterling, VA seeks a qualified vendor to provide K-PR0SM Sliding Multi-Panel Whiteboards of various sizes in Anodized Aluminum Finish to include installation no later than 8/22/2022. The classrooms are on the first and second floors of the Reynolds Building only. (See Attached Room Information). Non-Freight elevator available to the second-floor classrooms. Vendor to remove and dispose of all debris and packaging materials. MANDATORY SITE VISIT: Vendors shall visit the site to view the current conditions by contacting the Institution's Representative, Laura Siko, lsiko@nvcc.edu . Vendors performing site visits shall NOT ask questions or seek clarification from the Institution's Representative, but shall direct questions to the contract officer as denoted under CONTACT below. Vendors that ask questions or seek additional information regarding this bid from any personnel at the Institution named above shall have its bid be deemed non-responsive. BID FORMAT: Bids will not be accepted outside of the eVA Quick Quote system. Bidders shall return this attachment fully completed or attach a comprehensive, detailed quote with their bid response. Failure to submit either this completed attachment or a comprehensive, detailed quote shall render the bid non-responsive. All pricing shall be all-inclusive, including shipping, fees, and warranty costs. Award will be made on a Grand Total basis. Blank or no bid line items shall require that the entire bid be considered non-responsive. Equivalency: The Commonwealth reserves all rights to determine the equivalency of any substituted product. All bidders proposing an equivalent item shall supply sales sheets or other manufacturer supplied documents to allow the Commonwealth to determine equivalency. All items shall be new and in original packaging. Manufacturer's warranty shall transfer ownership to the Commonwealth of Virginia. For Services: The awarded vendor shall provide a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) 10 days prior to work beginning on any state owned or controlled property. Vendors that fail to provide a COI that meets the Commonwealth's requirements as outlined in the Agency Procurement and Surplus Property Manual (APSPM) and Vendor's Manual will not be allowed to commence work.
