The work to be completed at Gadsby is as follows: 1. Saw cut perimeter of area to be repaired, excavate/remove existing +/- 0.075m pavement and +/- 1.0m of structural material down to a suitable base. 8 meter wide excavation requested. 2. Reconstruct road, following the proposed grade line provided. Clay backfill topped with a geotextile layer, topped with 0.3m of pit run, 0.15m of inch granular base course. Material volumes measured compacted in place @ 98% SPD. 3. Prepare base, prime and re-pave. 165m long, 6 meter wide, 0.075 meter thick ACP top, with a standard 2% crown. Tie-ins to existing road tops will be required. *Actual quantities may vary once field work confirms extents. Contractors should confirm all measurements and review sites required to complete work prior to bidding. Excavation, Backfill & Pave +/- 1000 square meters of Hamlet road.
