**As of September 06, 2022, project was awarded to Don E. Bower for $339,538.00. The completion date for Lombard Ave, is September 28th and Edgewood Drive is October 14th, with plans to complete both streets by the end of October.** 2022 Edgewood and Lombard Stormwater Projects The Project includes the following Work: Clearing and Grubbing, Installation of new manholes and inlets, new pipe culverts, and site restoration Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM and 4PM, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding documents are available via email, free of charge. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the issuing office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Pre-bid Conference A pre-bid conference for the Preoject will not be held. Instructions to Bidders. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
