All blanks shall be stagger packaged and bundled on wooden pallets. Holes shall be 3/8" and punched according to the Standard Highway Sign Manual. Corner radius shall be MUTCD Standard unless specified. These items shall be alodized treated in accordance with Arkansas Department of Transportation Specifications (Rev. 9-13-79) attached to and made a part of this bid. Bid Bond in the total amount of $1,000.00 required of all bidders at time of bid opening or bid will be rejected. Personal and company checks are not acceptable as Bid Bonds. See Condition 4 on page 1 of Standard Bid Conditions. Performance Bond in the amount of 5% of total bid price will be required of successful bidder prior to providing goods/services.
