Site work for a mixed-use development in Worsley, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Clear Hills County is requesting sealed tenders for the removal, disposal, and replacement of concrete sidewalk, as well as removal, disposal, and replacement of electrical receptacle pedestals and buried electrical cable along sidewalk and required landscaping to accommodate proper drainage away from the County Administration Building and property located at 313 Alberta Avenue in Worsley, Alberta. Total area of sidewalk to be removed, disposed of, and replaced: @ 300 square meters Electrical pedestals to be removed: 13 Electrical pedestals to be replaced: 5 Scope of Project: Remove and dispose of all existing sidewalk, reinforcing materials, underlayment, Electrical pedestals, and underground cable to a licensed landfill. Replace sidewalks, reinforcing materials, underlayment, electrical pedestals, and underground cable with materials that conform to the Alberta Building Code, and Alberta Electrical Code, and using application methods that conform to the Alberta Building Code and Alberta Electrical Code. Provide land contouring to allow for proper drainage including replacement of any sod that needs to be removed. New sidewalks will have a minimum one year warranty for cracking, heaving, and deterioration. Bidder is responsible for providing all equipment and materials as required to meet all OH&S regulations.
