Municipal streets and parking lots 2. Rang St-Charles 3. Route Mailhot 4. Sidewalks 5. Standpipes Purpose of the contract: the purpose of this contract is the snow removal, maintenance and spreading of abrasives during the winter period on all the roads of the municipality and the sidewalks of Route 132 for a period of 3 years (optional 5 year). The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid.
