Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Tacoma, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work under this contract, is to provide professional services to design for all aspects of the modified con-Crete overlay for the; Tacoma Spur Stadium Northbound and southbound ramps and other design elements for the ramps as necessary. This overlay will be a modified concrete overlay consistent with section 6-09 ofthe Standard Specification. The City of Tacoma reserves the right to retain services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phases (i.e. Right of Way. Construction) associated with this project.
