Will contractor need to trim these branches in order to maintain roof insurance Will USDA propose a minimum setback distance from the roof edge i.e. 8 ft in order to maintain insurance coverage in the foreseeable future. A2: Additional, statement of work information has been added to address this. Q3: State of utilities (water/sewer) is unknow, however safe to assume that existing sewer line is likely cast iron and portions may not be usable.
