The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Corporal Michael J. Crescenz, VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA has a requirement for project 642-22-119, Flooring Upgrades Buildings 1, 2, And Cl This project consists of, but not limited to the following; providing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and supervision for the removal of existing flooring, preparation, and installation of LVT flooring at the Philadelphia VA Medical Center, 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104. Work will be performed at the main hospital (Buildings 1, 2, and CLC). Rooms slated for flooring replacement are in occupied and non-occupied spaces, this work shall be performed after regular work hours and weekends. Contractor will be responsible for developing a schedule that includes the sequencing of construction activities with the implementation of construction BMP s. The purpose of the phasing is to reduce the amount of construction activity throughout buildings 1, 2, and CLC. Contractor will have 150 calendar days to complete to the work. The magnitude of this construction project is estimated to be between $100,000 and $250,000. Period of Performance will be approximately 150 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Set-Aside Information: This solicitation is a 100% service-disabled veteran small business set aside (SDVOSB). The firm shall be small business under relevant North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) code and the must be registered and current in the following websites: www.sam.gov and www.vetbiz.gov. Offerors shall ensure registrations in these websites are not expired and are correct, current and valid. The NAICS code for this project is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $36.5 Million.
