Renovation of a municipal facility in Albany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The New York State Office of General Services (OGS), through the New York State Liquor Authority (SLA), is seeking a qualified Contractor to install office furniture at the Alfred E. Smith State Office Building (AESOB). The 34-story OGS managed facility is located at 80 South Swan Street in Albany, New York. MINIMUM BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS The following minimum requirement must be met by each Bidder and/or proposed subcontractor: Bidder and/or proposed subcontractor must have experience assembling and installing Teknion office furniture on a minimum of three projects of similar scope and size. Contractor shall install newly purchased Teknion office furniture and reconfigure existing office furniture to the 9th floor of the AESOB. Installation and reconfiguration is expected to be completed within 30 days of delivery. The complete RFQ #2602 can be found on the OGS Bid Calendar at the following website.
