The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), has a need for construction services at Harlan County Lake, Harlan County, NE. The w ork w ill include rock placement, site restoration, and all other sitew ork per the project specifications and draw ings. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside that w ill result in one firm-fixed-price aw ard. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 237990, Size Standard $39,500,000. In accordance w ith FAR Part 36.204 and DFARS 236.204 the estimated magnitude of this project is betw een $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. SUBMISSION OF BIDS AND BID OPENING: Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, the Government is taking precautions to ensure the safety and health of all Contractors and Government employees.
