Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Athens, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
This contract pertains to award of project # 20192 - Construction of Athens Playground Renovation and Pavilion Kitchen Addition. Work consists of services of a general contractor to provide services related to the construction of playground improvements and construction of a kitchen at existing Cook Park Pavilion. The project includes, but not limited to the following: Site clearing, mass grading, erosion and sediment control facilities, stand-alone kitchen facility at the existing pavilion, and metal roofing. Additional items to be constructed include, poured in place rubberized safety surface, concrete pavement, post and ribbon concrete curb, playground underdrainage and concrete headwalls, cast in place cap, pour in place bench, roof drains, tactile warning strips and sidewalk ramps. Contactor shall pay to the Owner an amount of Two Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($250.00) for each calendar day that expires after the time specified
