The New York State Bridge Authority (NYSBA) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors/contractors for the maintenance and repair of the fiber optic cable and conduit system on NYSBA's facilities. This project includes all fiber installations installed and owned by NYSBA, including all future installations yet to be identified. The existing installation of fiber varies by location. The repair and maintenance of NYSBA's fiber optic cable, connectors and conduit includes: Repair and Maintenance of fiber optic cable, connectors and conduit - Regular and Off Hours repair. Trenching and Backfilling - Regular and Off Hours. Maintenance and Protection of Traffic - Regular and Off Hours. Minor new installations totaling less than $15,000 each. The successful proposer shall demonstrate an extensive history of similar performance delivered to operators of bridges of the types and sizes operated by NYSBA.
