The work of this single bid project includes the replacement of the existing EPDM roofs on the 102,000 SF Field House roof and the 7,400 SF Central Heating Plant roof. The Field house replacement work will include the main roof, penthouse roofs, and entry canopies. The Central Heating Plant roof replacement includes the flat and sloping sections, along with removing abandoned curbs and flashings. New roof drains and additional insulation will be included with the new systems. Recaulking clerestory windows and louvers will also be included at the Heating Plant.
