Upon mutual agreement with the Contractor, the District shall have the option to extend the contract for an additional (2), one (1) year periods. The District may cancel without penalty, upon 60 days written notice to contractor. The South Colonie Central School District is seeking to establish a contract with a contractor for sealcoating and on-call services as needed to provide asphalt patch repair work on district owned property such as, but not limited to roadways, alleys, parking lots and pads. The work includes sealcoating, dig outs, patch repairs of utility trenches, thin skin patches and pot hole patching, and marking and striping.
