If a site visit to any of the areas referenced in this RFB, is required by the contractor then it is their responsibility to visit. Upon mutual agreement with the Contractor, the District shall have the option to extend the contract for an additional (2), one (1) year periods. The District may cancel without penalty, upon 60 days written notice to contractor. The South Colonie Central School District is seeking to establish a contract with a contractor for sealcoating and on-call services as needed to provide asphalt patch repair work on district owned property such as, but not limited to roadways, alleys, parking lots and pads.
