The FAA is seeking proposals from qualified small businesses to repair a crushed aggregate access road at Dulles International Airport in accordance with the documents attached herein. The FAA intends to award a single contract to the lowest price offeror eligible for award in accordance with the Instructions to Offerors in Section L of the SIR document. This is a 100% Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) 8(a) Set-Aside. The estimated range of this project is between $50K to $100K. Limitations on subcontracting applies. As such, for general construction, the prime contractor or a similarly situated entity must perform at least 15 percent of the cost of the contract, not including the cost of materials, with its own employees.
