Only firms pre-qualified during stage I of the RFS are allowed to bid on this project Project Description: Sawcut existing asphalt; Remove existing asphalt pavement; Remove existing road base / subgrade to 11" below finish grades; Sawcut and remove existing curb and gutter; Remove and dispose of existing dumpster pad and enclosure; Remove and dispose of existing light pole, base and fixture; Remove existing trees; Remove existing landscaping and sprinkler system in area of construction; Cut remaining hill side and landscape areas to subgrade elevations and dispose; Black out existing parking stall striping; Over excavate an additional 12" of soft subgrade and fill with pit-run material; Provide and install stabilization fabric; New storm drain catch basin; New 12" Dia. RCP storm drain line; New concrete apron at new catch basin; Sawcut top of existing catch basin to install concrete apron; Provide and install concrete integral sidewalk; Provide and install new curb & gutter; Provide and install new release curb & gutter; Provide and install 6" thick concrete dumpster pad with 6" aggregate base with #4 bars; Provide and install 6'-0" tall CMU enclosure; Lower existing catch basin to match new elevations; Install 8" road base; Install 3" asphalt; Install 4" wide parking stall striping; Flush system and clean-out debris from existing and new storm drain catch basins; Provide and install landscaping and sprinkler system per plans; General Conditions; Project mobilization; Erosion control, sweep, and dust control; Construction survey and staking; Traffic control and pedestrian safety.
