A Bid Guaranty, as Required by Section 153.54 of the Revised Code of Ohio Shall Accompany Each Proposal Submitted as Follows, Either: 1. A Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Letter of Credit Equal to 10% of the Bid. A Letter of Credit May Only Be Revocable by the Owner. Or 2. A Bond or Certified Check for the Full Amount of the Bid.
