For SMD Services IDIQ Plumber Services Time and Material Citywide With Borough Focus SCOPE OF WORK 1. The scope of work under this contract is to provide labor and/or material for tasks related to the field of Plumbing. 2. NYCHA is under no obligation to order the estimated quantities, if any, shown on the Form of Proposal. These estimated quantities are for bidding purposes only. 3. Without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the following items of work are considered typical tasks that would be performed: Installs/ repairs piping systems including water, waste, gas and heating. Install/repair plumbing fixtures. Disconnect and reconnect gas fired appliances.
