Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The City of Sierra Vista is requesting quotes for the repairs needed on the pathway at Len Roberts. There are several locations and award/partial award will be determined by the amount of the budget available for this project. Question Submission Deadline: July 22, 2022, 2:00pm Question Response Deadline: July 26, 2022, 2:00pm The City of Sierra Vista reserves the right to waive any immaterial informalities or irregularities, to reject any bid, all bids, or any part of any bid presented and re-advertise for bids. The City reserves the right to cancel the solicitation and make no award. The City of Sierra Vista reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who previously failed to perform adequately for the City of Sierra Vista or any other governmental agency. The City of Sierra Vista expressly reserves the right to reject the bid of any Bidder who is in default on the payment of taxes, licenses, or other monies due to the Sierra Vista. Removal to include roots from trees causing damage to protect from further damage to new asphalt. Contractor to replace any damage to irrigation lines damaged during construction. City will blue stake irrigation lines to best of our ability. Any tree deemed unsafe before or after root removal will be the city's responsibility to remove. Areas of grass and or Decomposed granite placed back to original condition and grade after construction. Debris from construction will be hauled away by contractor.
