Sealed tenders addressed to Barry Mills, Public Works Manager, Municipality of Huron East, 72 Main Street South, Box 610, Seaforth, ON N0K 1W0, will be received until: 2:00:59 p.m. (Local Time), Tuesday August 2, 2022 The work includes approximately: - Biosolids removal from biosolids holding Cell No. 1, including all dewatering, mixing, or other preparation process required per removal contractor's methods. - Biosolids transporting and off-site disposal, including obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required to carry out the work. - Associated site works and restoration, including any temporary works required for removal of biosolids from the Cell and restoration of all disturbed areas following removal operations. as well as other work incidental thereto. Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the office of the undersigned, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $40.00, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates. This fee includes all taxes. A certified cheque or bid bond in the amount of $15,000 must accompany each bid. Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. B. M.
