The Ritchie County Board of Education will receive separate sealed bids on a general contract to address a roof leak adjacent to a roof top HVAC unit at the Ritchie County High School iddle School in Ellenboro, West Virginia. The project consists of: Description of Work to be Performed: Remove the existing exterior ductwork from one (1) RTU. Fabricate and install exterior ductwork to match the existing layout. Ductwork designed to have 2 w.g. Fabricate and install two (2) new curb covers. Reuse existing controls, sensors, and stands. Provide exterior ductwork insulation and lagging to ensure watertightness. Provide crane to perform work. Remove and dispose of all debris generated by the work. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall execute and deliver to the owner within 7 days after the award, and before signing the contract, a corporate surety bond in a sum equal to at least the contract sum, and the cost of such bond shall be paid by the bidder. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, the right to waive minor informalities and procedures in bidding, and the right to withhold final award of contract for 60 days after opening bids.
