Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 11,250-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and 26,500-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.

For bids in excess of $50,000.00, a Cashier's Check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the submitted proposal of each bidder. No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of at least forty-five (45) days. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Bids received after this time or more that ninety-six hours, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays, before this time will not be accepted.
