No definite date for the rebid.** **Cost range for the project is between $500,000 and $2,500,000. the City of Sullivan, Indiana ("Owner") will receive sealed bids regarding a Roadway Improvement Project in the Sullivan City Hall. DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This work shall include, but is not limited to, milling of existing pavement, resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt, full depth pavement replacement with hot-mix asphalt, drainage structure improvements, sidewalk and curb ramp improvements, driveway improvements, and providing pavement markings as specified. BID GUARANTY: Each Bid Proposal Packet shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or cashier s check made payable to the City of Sullivan or an acceptable Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. If the Bidder is awarded the Contract, a Performance, Labor and Material Bond shall be required in an amount not less than one hundred percent of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. BID PROPOSALS: Bid Proposal Packets shall be properly and completely executed on the forms provided, including State Form 52414 (Form 96), revised 2013 or later.
