Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oneonta, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Base Bid will include all labor, material, equipment, trucking, installation and miscellaneous costs for the rehabilitation or reconstruction of the streets listed above including the intersections as shown on the Contract Drawings and Specifications. Work to be done will include installing replacing existing sanitary sewer mains, manholes, and laterals, Portland concrete curb, restoration of existing asphalt, concrete or gravel driveway aprons, steps and walkways, restoration of grass medians, excavating and removing existing asphalt surface and subbase, replacing with new sub-base and installing 3" of Type 3 binder and 2" of Type 6 top hot mix asphalt, replacing existing stormwater pipes, manholes, and catch basins and all mobilization, sitework, and restoration related thereto, as indicated in the Contract Drawings and Specifications.
