Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Santa Clara, California. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Per the Developer agreement, the City received a 34 9-acre parcel, formerly part of the City's golf course, to develop into Santa Claras second community park. Phase I of the project will include community outreach, schematic design and design development, and program planning. Phase 1 improvements will be identified after the community outreach process and may include restrooms a perimeter pathway a multi-purpose sports field (baseball cricket lacrosse other), a perimeter pathway connected to picnic areas and other amenities. This project is in included in the City's or County's FY 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of July 13, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly. Information listed in the CIP often evolves based on funding availability and the project details, including timeline and value, are subject to change.
