Renovation of a water / sewer project in Midland, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
Furnish pricing for the Industrial Pump Station Valve and Meter Replacement, in accord with the attached specifications and standard instructions. Technical questions about the bid shall be directed to Karl Kramer, Maintenance Supervisor, at (989) 989-837-3521. A certified check or bond for a sum of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each submission. Questions or requests for clarification may be emailed (kkramer@midland-mi.org) no later than Thursday, July 21 st . Such questions and responses will be issued as addenda electronically to all Bidders, no later than close of business on Friday, July 22 nd . Responses not provided in writing will not be binding. Invitation to Bid and all its pages, documents and attachments, including those added subsequently by written notice, submitted and properly executed, shall constitute the contract between the City of Midland and the successful vendor when approved and accepted by the City. The City reserves the right to accept or reject all or any parts of any and all bids, to waive irregularities and to award in the best interests of the City of Midland.
