The U.S Government Publishing Office (USGPO) is located at 732 North Capital Street NW, Washington, DC 20401. USGPO provides publishing and dissemination services for the official and authentic government publications to Congress, Federal agencies, Federal depository libraries, and the American public. The intention of this statement of work is to seek an Onsite Project Managing Firm with responsibilities for providing construction oversight on multi-million-dollar new construction, renovation and rehabilitation projects and will require a daily hands-on approach by the Project Managing Firm. The USGPO is requesting to submit a complete price proposal for the Command Center Construction Project Management.
