The City of Harlingen Community Development Department is formally accepting separate sealed bids on behalf of 2 qualified homeowners for the Housing Rehabilitation/Reconstruction Program. This program is funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. No bid may be changed after the bid date, although any bid may be withdrawn and resubmitted before that date.
