Project ID: 1122000084, 1122000085, 1122000086, and 0822000046 The Project is located on I-15 and SR 76, 78, 79, and 371 in the Counties of San Diego and Riverside at various locations. The project aims to construct portions of the middle-mile broadband network within State Right of Way. A more detailed description of the Project is contained in Appendix A. a) Around 140 miles of middle-mile broadband installation. b) Maintenance of high volume traffic on I-15 and SR 76, 78, 79, 371 and local roads during construction. c) Coordination with other construction projects within the corridor. d) Coordination with nearby cities, public utilities, and property owners. e) Coordination with the local business and school during stage construction. f) Compliance with necessary environmental permits and authorizations, including noise permits from local agencies (if necessary), National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, etc. The estimated cost of this CMGC Project (in 2022 US dollars) is between $60 to 75 million for construction capital and $3 to $6 million for Right of Way capital (including utility relocation). The Department have no way if identifying companies or entities that may have downloaded the project documents for teaming purposes. The Department will allow the use of text with font size smaller than 12-point for only charts, tables, exhibits, and other illustrative and graphical information.
