Lubbock Power & Light to furnish LP&L Manhole Vaults per the attached specifications. It is the intent and purpose of Lubbock Power & Light that this request permits competitive bids. It is the bidder's responsibility to advise the Lubbock Power & Light Purchasing Manager if any language, requirements, etc., or any combinations thereof, inadvertently restricts or limits the requirements stated in this ITB to a single source. Such notification must be submitted in writing and must be received by the Purchasing Manager no later than five (5) business days prior to the bid closing date. A review of such notifications will be made. All Requests for Additional Information or Clarification Concerning This Invitation to Bid (Itb) Must Be Submitted in Writing No Later Than Five (5) Business Days Prior to the Bid Closing Date and Addressed to: Cheyenne Goodman, Buyer, Electric Utilities Lubbock Power & Light 1314 Avenue K, 5th Floor Lubbock, Texas 79401 Email: Cheyennegoodman@lpandl.com Lubbock Power & Light reserves the right to postpone the date and time for opening bids through an addendum.
