The Applicant Will Be Required to Provide a Space for Program Participants to Isolate, Rest and Recover From the Covid-19 Virus. The Applicant Must Identify a Maximum of Up to 20 Non-congregate Rooms That Provide Appropriate Space for Isolation. The County Will Consider Any Proposed Site(S) Identified by the Applicant Which Are Habitable, Promotes Physical Functioning, Adequate Hygiene, and Personal Safety. The Applicant Will Provide on-site Services to Program Participants Including Referrals Into the Program, Daily Meals and Snacks, Access to Covid-19 Testing, on-site Security, Transportation to and From the Sites and Referrals to Community-based Resources and Supportive Services. Applicants Are Required to Work With the Health Care Agency's (Hca) Public Health Services Covid-19 Response Team to Ensure Referrals Are Appropriate for Tiss and Covid-19 Testing Is Being Completed Upon Intake and Discharge From the Program. Applicants Are Required to Follow the Recommendations Outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Cdc), State of California Department of Public Health as Well as Orange County's Public Health Officer Covid-19 Orders.
