The Texas State University System ("Owner") on behalf of Texas State University, is soliciting Statements of Qualifications ("Qualifications") for the selection of a Construction Manager-at-Risk firm for the Bobcat Stadium - End Zone Complex Expansion project ("Project"), on the Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas campus. This solicitation sets forth the terms, conditions, and requirements for prospective Construction Manager-at-Risk entities ("CMR" or "CMRs") to be considered for this work. The Owner designates the following person as its representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFQ. Respondents shall restrict all contact with the Owner and direct all questions regarding this RFQ, including questions regarding terms and conditions, in writing to the Point-of-Contact person, via email only.
