The scope includes a permanent heated/year-round public gender-neutral washroom facility including a total of (6) washroom stalls ((2) to be barrier-free washrooms). The existing wood garage must be demolished, and the remainder of the parking island is to be landscaped as part of the scope of work. The project includes exterior site landscape work. Site Two - New Parks Maintenance Compound: compliant with a Parks Compound with 4-door garage Parks Maintenance Building & Yard. The Parks Compound would contain a maintenance building with vehicle garage, office, staff facilities and central, open storage/delivery area. The new yard contains a paved central storage/delivery area secured with fences and gates, plus six (6) staff parking spaces. Building: to contact office space, Staff accessible washroom facilities, Lunchroom, Interior storage, 4-bay vehicle garage, 1-wash bay for vehicles Yard: to include Paved yard and driveways, Wide turning radius for large vehicles, Storage and bin storage are for skids, granular materials and mulches, Open and covered storage holding areas, Staff parking and exterior staff rest area complete with landscaping. TIMELINE: Request For Proposals Professional and Technical Services was cancelled by the owner. The project did not proceed. Coverage of this report is discontinued. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
