Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Stouffville, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The Town of Whitchurch-Stouffville (the "Town") is soliciting Bid Proposals from qualified refrigeration design/build contractors ("Proponents") to provide design services, to manufacture and construct a seasonal outdoor skating trail and refrigerated basketball court at Memorial Park, located at the Whitchurch-Stouffville Leisure Centre. The proposed skating trail and refrigerated basketball court project is part of the master park development project, currently in design by the Prime Consultant ("Landscape Planning Limited") and will be a component of the construction Request for Tender (RFT), to be awarded to a General Contractor. The Successful Proponent will also construct the skating trail and refrigerated basketball court under an allowance as part of an upcoming construction RFT. The Successful Proponent who is awarded this RFP project will act as a sub-consultant to the Prime Consultant and will provide full design services for a complete and functioning seasonal outdoor skating trail and refrigerated basketball court and construct as a sub-contractor, who will be determined.
