Location of Property: 330 Ash St E, Trimont, MN 56176 The contractor shall provide all materials, tools, machinery, labor, insurance, and supervision necessary for the following: demolition of the garage, debris removal, site management, back filling and restoration work on the above property. Debris removal will include all debris from the house that was burned as part of a Fire Department training exercise, debris from demolition of the garage, and all bricks & concrete including but not limited to footings and foundations and the sidewalk from the boulevard to the house. Back filling and restoration will include preparing the ground for planting grass, but shall not include seeding. The City of Trimont will provide fill and black dirt, which can be loaded by the City, but is to be transported and delivered to the property by the contractor. In addition, water and sewer lines are to be capped. This work will be supervised by City of Trimont personnel, with materials provided by the City of Trimont. A second separate proposal is requested for clearing and removing volunteer trees, one tree in back yard, including removal of stumps/ roots, weeds and brush and miscellaneous trash from the entire property. PROVISIONS: The contractor shall provide proof of liability insurance to the City of Trimont by presenting a Certificate of Liability Insurance with minimum coverage of $1M. The project will be awarded to the lowest bidder, however the City of Trimont reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities herein, and to award the bid in the best interests of the City
